Well, they are not necessarily "Black Colleges." They are colleges that were founded to motivate African Americans to both go to college and feel comfortable. Also, these schools aren't 100% African American, they are just predominately so. Thus, following your logic, any school that is predominately Caucasian is a "White College?" So, Bennington College (Vermont) is 91% White while Howard University, an HBCU, is 85% Black. So no, we don't have any all "WHITE colleges," but we also don't have any all Black colleges.
Anyway, if a caucasian were to apply to an HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and University's), then he/she would most likely be accepted because he/she is bringing diversity.

Denise is correct also you have to keep in mind, when these colleges were put into place it was a time when african americans were not readily accepted into traditional colleges
But to answer your question....nothing would "happen" because they are not only for black people. All universities and colleges must be equal opportunity meaning you cannot be discriminated against based on your ethnicity. As a matter of fact, many of the schools I have applied to no longer ask you for your ethnicity and if they do, it is an optional question.
So which HBCU (historically black college/university) are you planning on applying to or was this a sad attempt to promote hostility and/or anomosity?

Nothing would happen, there are a lot of white and brown people that go to historically black colleges there are even a few that pledge historically black frats and sororities.
Lets not try to make the whole black colleges thing an issue because it isn't. There are historically black colleges because of the segregation issues that were going on when they were founded and its just as simple as that. And to correct you, there are still historically white colleges, they may have a few black and brown people(like historically black colleges) but for the most part they are still historically white. Like Ole Miss and Fayettville

I believe that most if not all of the minority universities have Caucasian students. I haven't heard of any problems in recent times.
