Man you can't even spell "guaranteed". Don't worry language doesn't exist, we made it up.
*I think there is no such thing as freedom / free will. I think no matter what we do, we are slaves to ourselves.
Can it get worse? Yes.
Oh, and I know we don't have freedom of speech here on Yahoo; I've been sent violation after violation for questions that have legitimate points and are valid questions.

Yes. I am Norwegian and two years ago, I was in New York for the first time. Of course, I visited 'ground zero' of the 9/11 tragic event. There was a strong feeling of remembrance and patriotism, I saw a firetruck moving around with the US flag in a very theatrical manner. Yet, around the ruins were people claiming all sorts of conspiracy theories. Anywhere else in the world, that wouldn't be allowed. It would be taken as an insult to all those who lost their loved ones in the tragic event. Yet it is allowed in the US because the Freedom of Speech is sacred, even more than the strongest national feeling.
Much can be said about American arrogance and foreign politics but the freedom of speech is certainly the nation's best quality.

Yes, with the possible exception of slander or terroristic threats.
What we don't have is a guarantee that anyone will listen, nor do we have a right to not be offended by the speech of others.

yes we do have freedom of speech.
for example, if the governor does something that many or some don't agree with, we can riot. in other countries they may not do this. to them it would be concidered illegal.

Sure have - that's why there have been protests in US cities, against the Iraq war, ever since it started.
It also explains why Fred Phelps disgusting behavior is permitted.

Yes, we do. We cant, however, stand up in a crowded theater and yell "Fire!" . That could cost lives and we would be prosecuted.
