Does anyone know if there is a place where I can get some high heels like you would see in a regular store but for plus size women? I've always wanted to wear heels but they hurt so much! I can't even wear flats! I would just like some that are made specifically for the way my weight is distributed

I think what you need to do is just wear them a little more. I mean heel are not something you can just put on and in 2 seconds walk like a model. They take same time to get accustom to like if you buy a new pair of shoes.

I would suggest looking for wide width shoes, and starting with a lower heel. Work your way up to a heel height that is comfortable for you. You can also purchase inserts for your shoes that offer extra cushion. If you find a pair that is comfortable, wear them around your house for a few days, letting your feet and ankles get used to them. When you decide to wear them out of the house for the first time, take a short trip that will require little walking, and less standing. Trust me! It's the worst when your out and about in painful heels and have nothing to change into and the day just began! Take your time.

Some plus size stores have catalogs on line, and some of them probably offer shoes. Try looking there.

i'm not really sure, but try getting a heel with a wider width. i really don't think it's because of your weight that they hurt. heels hurt everyone!
