Like he didn't know his players were on juice when he was the owner of the Rangers. Every owner, GM, coach and manager knew it and they all looked the other way.

Bush is even worse than Seligula in some respects.
Selig is a former used-car salesman; ignorance is a key part of that job, because outright lying to potential customers is illegal. Simply NOT KNOWING a car's history, however, grants plausible deniability.
Shrub has a monumentally incurious mind, doesn't want to know most things unless they are personally important, and tends to make stuff up or believe whichever mendicant he last spoke with.
So it strikes me as highly plausible that Shrub didn't know anything about the Rangers players during his time as the team's front office face. He didn't run the team and everyone else knew it; he was in it for the money (he got a super-sweetheart deal, about 10% equity for his <1% investment) and the prestige and the publicity. Face time with the players was fun, but he wasn't really pals with any of them, just mugging it up for the cameras. His best interests are served by being an ignoramus, though I'm never sure if he realizes this or not.
How little has changed.

because bush has made a life of saying stupid ignorant things, he like to talk about things he has absolutely no idea about (iraq, iran, north korea, what america wants) and spout off like he actually knows what hes saying, or what hes talking about, hes like ozzy osborn in his incoherentness, only hes scarrier, because so many idiots in this country made him the most powerful man in the fre world... TWICE!!!!!
