No country is perfect, but as for black-led countries, Kenya and Tanzania are relatively honest and stable. Many of the problems that they do have are externally generated, Muslim insurgents, diseases, unstable world markets and such. Their internal governments are functional and accountable.

I think that this question is asking for someone to be a raciest!
Why wouldn't a black-led country stand the same chance of being prosperous and trouble-free is the conditions are the same as an Asian or Hispanic or Native American or White be.????
Let's ask this? Given the same conditions, would any leader in any country have the same success?

Try naming a white-led county that is prosperous and trouble free! Conflict is a human failing, not one that is dependent on race.

There is no country in the world that is trouble free. The way people are is if it aint broke fix it anyway. By this i mean that even if there are no "real" problems, people will find them or create them. Its in our nature. If there were no problems for governments to fix, there would be no need for a government.

In Jared Diamond's book and TV show "Guns, Germs, and Steel", he addresses that question and determined that caucasians had the benefit of grains, plagues, and livestock. He believes if blacks had such benefits, they would now "rule the world".
Specifically, growing wheat and other grains that thrived in our climates fed us well. The plagues made us resistant to disease (the ones that survived) and thus made it easy to decimate several indian populations, and livestock helped us pull plows and provided meat and milk.
