Funny how the government is claiming that demanding info about "destroyed tapes'" will hinder investigations in the matter. things are investigated to acquire info, how will passing that info along hinder the investigation??!
For several years this has been how the Bush admin has put itself above our laws, and our ideals, making a mockery of our entire system and its processes.

in all probability as a results of fact it will make the CIA, the CIA Director, and the Bush Admin seem as though they not purely condone torture, yet propose using it. so as that they don't decide on any CIA torture tapes to take place, like the Gitmo photos, when you consider that that became into extremely embarrassing now, wasn't it? It makes you recognize why Bush did not decide on the U. S. to affix for the international offender courtroom like a hundred and five different countries. We does not decide directly to be accused of torture and held responsible for it, now would we?

I believe you mean that Bush fired federal prosecutors, not judges. I don't think he can fire federal judges. If he did, please provide a source.
Edit: Why the thumbs down people? I consider myself a liberal, I just wanted to make sure all the facts were right.
Yeah, he will probably try to find a way to get rid of that judge.
