I'd re-wire the human brain so that mankind was incapable of violence, prejudice, and hatred.

First...that's tricky. I think I might re-wire the human brain circuits that make us prone to xenophobia, and while I was at it, I'd take back that tower of Babel thing. If humans could get along and communicate better, they could figure out how to solve a lot of the rest of the problems themselves.

put houses where ever there is homeless people. give them food and money to survive. get rid of addictions [ex; drugs,alcohol] that arent healthy. go to africa and help all the needy people and demolish the AIDS virus. help all the poor helpless animals. and make them be able to talk.hahaha. but seriously.

I love questions like this. I would take large ice boulder from alaska and put them in river beds in Africa and other nations that need fresh water.
