Wrong size bra perhaps.
Get properly sized at Nordstroms, JCPenney, or Sears (NOT victoria secret as they size incorrectly).

YAY IM THE FIRST TO ANSWER if your breast are big then you always need some kind of soport a sports bra works well my sisters a D 34 and never goes without a bra and atknight she wheres a sports bra and also try getting a bigger size bra thats whymy boobs used to hurt when i took my bra off

it doesnt just happen if u have big boobs. im a 34 a and when i take off my bra, my breasts hurt too but it goes away after a minute. how long does the pain last for? maybe your breasts are just adjusting to not being supported.
