Is N64 still a good console ?

What does averyone think of it these days ?

hell yeah, i still play mine
I probably even play my NES, and N64 more than my Xbox 360.
I still love playing Super Mario Bros 3 (even though it works maybe 1/5 times) and of course for the N64, GOLDENEYE. I have Goldeneye for the N64, and Call of Duty 4 for the Xbox 360, and its sad, but I prefer Goldeneye.

I'm a big fan of classic consoles. And the N64 had some truly great titles like Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time, GoldenEye 007, Perfect Dark, and many others. Of course the graphics aren't equal to any of the newer consoles, but graphics DON'T make a great game, great gameplay does. So if you enjoy playing your N64, that's all that matters. I still play mine from time to time.

The N64 is still a good console. It revolutionized the way we saw and played games, and by that, I mean it was the first console to make the transition from 2D to 3D, and it still has great games, not as good graphics, but the gameplay is still there. It was the foothold to the consoles we have today.

I think its a legendary console.

Plus it has Mario 64...One of the best games of all time. I really enjoyed Killer Instinct, Mario Kart 64 and Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.

They say the games make the console and N64 has some great titles.

I find my N64 is still quite entertaining! If you are a higher tech person then you would want something flashier, but my N64 has held up quite well.

i play on it on the occasional day,
you can't beat the old stuff, really.

even if the wii does help you buy games for the wii.

but that isn't helping.
