i was wondering i have an old psp and my friend has a new one can we still play wi-fi with each other or do i have to get a new psp

I hate that you always have to upgrade I think there's a conspiracy going on with that Its funny when I see bran new cars broke down on side of the freeway and I drive bye with 1986 vehilicale that I haven't changed my oil ever and still running
