No offense intended here, but what typical layman is going to know the answer to that sort of question? I think you need to go ask your doctor about that.

Your question is bit confusing. If it is in hard form, how it will come out? It has to be in liquid form for ejaculation. It may be thick or more liquid. It will not make any difference for conception. Best thing would be get your semen tested in any pathological laboratory and then show the report to your family doctor or better, go to a gynac with your wife for detailed check up. Indian Mulberry works better for both male and female infertility.

Immediately after ejaculation the seminal fluid coagulates,that is. it becomes more solid type followed in 15 to 30 min by liquefaction.(this is to be observed at body temperature (37 degree centigrade) So do not worry about it.Go for your semen analysis to any reasonably good pathology lab and consult a physician M.D. in medicine .as there are other things to look for .Do not wait for long as the fertility of a female slowly goes down after 30 years of age.When I was in Medical college it used to said'Hurry for one.wait for the second and dont try for the third.I am talking about babies.
