No. Photons always travel at one speed, speed of light.

Photons do not accelerate. They are generated by electron orbit decay or particle interaction, then travel at the speed of light until they are absorbed.

You might call it acceleration when light crosses the boundary between media of different refractive index (like air and glass), but we generally apply the term only to matter. Thinking of photons as particles can be misleading.

In vacuum they have the highest energy and while interacting with matter they do decelerate but energy remains the same. When they enter vacuum they regain their speed.
Since it is a form of energy, one cannot treat photon in par with material paritcles.
