Stand up for what you feel no matter if the person wants to hear it or not
You cant please everybody but you can at least please yourself
You dont have to be nasty but thats the way you feel then you should follow that
Nobody knows you better then you so why should someone else make descions or influence you in any way
Would people do the same for you Probably not
If there real friends then they wont care and like you anyway if they get mad then you dont need them anyway so who cares what they think

Saying how you feel all the time. Expressing yourself even when it's not nice. You will feel empowered instead of only saying nice things.
It's difficult to do because you leave yourself vulnerable, but it's worth the risk for the feeling of empowerement instead of that draining feeling you have right now.

Know when to admit your wrongs, be open to growing...

Know we all make mistakes... And it is OK, as it allows us to grow even more...
