It's a very pretty and feminine name - I really like it! It definitely reminds me of Australia (I have cousins there, and when the name came up for my aunt when she was pregnant, they all voted against it lol). Because of that, I think of it as a really beach-y, sunny and laid-back kind of name lol - which is a great thing to be associated with. I also think it's a really uncommon, but still familiar name that seems a bit underrated everywhere else. So if you're debating on whether to use it or not, I say go for it!

Not much. I'm from Australia and a sheila is an old slang word for girl and it''s not a good idea to name a girl Sheila here.
