I ordered a product a month ago from "Queens Fashions", they stated they would send me a notification when it shipped (which they never did), and they did not respond to the question I asked them two weeks after I ordered the product on whether they had a timetable for when it would ship. How do I get back at them?

If you used a credit card and it was charged, notify the credit card company in writing to dispute the charge. They can do a lot for you.

If there is a bricks and mortar store, I guess you could complain to the BBB as well.

Can also try an online complaint center to see if you can get some help:

For your state, enter something like "consumer rip-offs online" and you might get a specific agency.

Can try:
https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx
for BBB and online companies.

Can try contacting your local media (TV, newspaper, radio) and see if they will cover it or have bright ideas.

Good luck.
