How do I take a file from Microsoft Word and put it on a Website that doesn't allow DOC or FLA formats?

The site is Deviantart. Did I forget any details?

Assuming a text based document, try FILE, SAVE AS, and set format as RTF

You could convert it to PDF
A free utility that will do it is called Cutepdf
Once installed go to file then print (select cutepdf as printer)
It will ask for file name and you will have a PDF file.
