Are you all ready for Christmas? Done your cards, bought your prezzies, wrapped them, sorted your menu?
If not, don't think you should be on here. You've gotta get a move on.

No. We haven't got enough money to do any Christmas shopping until my partner gets paid on the 21st December. We're a low income family because my partner is low paid and I'm staying home to raise our baby son, and we don't do credit cards.

He gets paid on Friday and we're doing the bulk of our Christmas shopping next weekend.

I'll wrap then on the 23rd and on Christmas Eve and also bake some mince pies.

We don't have a huge family to buy for, our son is priority this year. We have his main gifts already.

There's just us 3 here and our eldest daughter plus 2 grandsons. We don't go overboard at Christmas and always have a nice quiet day. We don't do anything over special for Christmas dinner and just have whatever we fancy. Our 17yr old wants Mum's homemade pizza for Christmas dinner so that's probably what we'll be having. Prezzies not wrapped yet, we'll be doing that next week and we'll be taking the grandsons their prezzies next Sunday hopefully.

Still have some wrapping and baking to do. But that is intentional, my daughter & I always set aside one night to wrap togeather, since last night was my grand daughter's birthday (we all live togeather) if I'd had all the baking done, I'd just have to do more. Even with pizza, chips, cake & ice cream, do you know how much 12 teenagers eat?

Been there, done it. Now all I'm doing is waiting for Christmas to get here so we can enjoy watching the grand children opening their presents.
