I just watched the weather and they're saying 10-17 inches here in central Indiana. I doubt we'll get that much snow, but I could be wrong on that.
My husband and I went to the store yesterday to get groceries (because we usually go sometime on the weekend to get groceries...we didn't go then because of the storm). There were tons of people in there all acting crazy....hello, this is Indiana...it's not like we're not used to snowstorms here.
The only other preparing I have to do today is to get ready for work today (I work in a hospital, so there's no way my work will be cancelled :)) and possibly go to a graduation celebration beforehand for a friend if the roads aren't too nasty.

in simple terms be certain you do not could stress everywhere the next day. Get a pizza or some extra effective nutrition and drink to make a social gathering of it. Have a plan on the place you are going to circulate if the hydro is going out and it gets too chilly to stay abode. in case you're able to circulate away turn off the water on the main interior the basement, then activate all the faucets interior the hose to maintain the pipes from freezing. I doubt you have lots to agonize approximately, it incredibly is too heat there, any snow will soften exceptionally rapid. in simple terms make optimistic to stay off the roads, no one is used to using in snow and there will be injuries throughout. Oh yeah, get out the shovels to sparkling the sidewalk and driveway.

I just came in from feeding the birds in hopes they eat plenty while they can still find the food. I'm headed for the store and getting the kerosene heater ready, candles, flash lights, and I think I'll buy a good book to read.
