Love them, packed with beta carotene which is good for healing the body, also vitamins for the eyes, crunchy, sweet, you can eat them raw or cook them. They make wonderful healthy snacks. They have a beautiful color...Yeah, let me go and get one now...seriously!
BTW...Did you know that carrots were once purple...William of Orange when he ruled the Netherlands changed the color because he didn't like the way it looked. And if you look at the root of the carrot most times you can still see a little purple ring around it.

I prefer the baby carrots they are sweeter than any other I think esp in a stew or a soup

yes, i like carrot cake, carrot+fruit shake, carrot chips, carrot bars, carrot pineapple cake, carrot cookies, even bunnies who love carrots. i like carrots MORE than meat

YES!!! I love carrots. I love them raw, and mixed with peas and cooked. I only like them cooked when they're mixed with peas though... I don't know why.
