I am a VERY positive person. I have a chronic illness that has left me out of work & on SSD. I NEVER allow things to get me down. My view is that there is ALWAYS someone with more problems then what I have. Life is way to short to spend time worrying about all the little things in life that you have no control over. Quite frankly, even the things that you DO have control over aren't worth your worry half the time. Take time to sit back & think about all the good things you have in your life, friends, family, a roof over your head, food on the table etc. It's never so bad that you can't find a ray of sunshine in there somewhere. I'm not a religous person, just someone who wants to have no regrets when it's over. And just for the record....I was like this before I became chronically ill.

I don't fight it I just go with it. It happens for a reason and I just go easy on myself and do the essential things like looking after the kids and going to work. It would be easy for it to consume me when I have bad days/weeks but I have found from experience that it is best for me to focus on the positive and appreciate what I have rather than what I don't.

I try to remain positive but most times I'm not gonna lie it drags me down. However I usually get over things very quickly so that's good.

I think the writers think that we the viewers are enjoying the whole baby switch thing. As for putting Sami with Ej been there done that. She needs to stay with good guy rafe. Carly needs to stay with Bo as they have/had so much chemistry years ago and I never really liked hope. She plays the victim to much and blames everything on Bo to much. John Marlena Kayla Steve are BORING. Get rid of Stephano Kate Victor Vivian Philip Stephanie. Put Nathan and Melanie back together. No more teens is right.

What I try to do is give the situation about an hours thought then revert my attention to else to help sooth my head, but sometimes it is so hard! but I try because I have 4 kids and really can't afford to have a foul mood that lingers on, because then the slightest things done sets me off, and I yell, but I tell my kids mommies in a bad mood and it isn't your fault, then I use auromatherapy to help ease my mind, and my kids help out as well. Sometimes when the issue is so big it is hard to refocus else where, but sleep is good, and so is a hot bath!
