Last year Ford came out with a new lubricant for all door locking mechanisms. Unfortunately you and I can't buy it from Ford as it's a dealer only product. As I remember it has Teflon in it as well as other very light weight lubricants.

I'm sure you remember the old Tri-Flow spray that was taken off the market years ago. It smells the same but is a lighter viscosity.

I was having door lock problems last winter and the body dept. at the Ford dealer fixed-up all four doors for $35. or $40.00. The Ford garage also said the use of anything heavier (higher viscosity) attracts more dust and dirt.
