It's is almost 2008. Do you know anyone born (has to be friend or family member) in the 1900's or 1910's who is alive and healthy?

Yup. For privacy, I won't give his name, but for 98 1/2 years old, this fellow is smart. Has vision and hearing problems, but his memory is fine, and tells stories about model T's, bootlegging and WWII. Born 1909 and lives in the same town. Knows everybody. Veteran. Gets around with a cane, stopped driving 5 years ago and has a good sense of humor. Likes sports. Great guy to spend time with--it amazes me that he was 46 when I was born. (I'm 52) If I follow his example, maybe I have 46 years left in me!

Nope,but my grandma's grandma just died 2 years ago.She was 93 yrs.
I tell u a real story,had u seen Jet Li's Fearless(movie)the story is about Huo Yuan Jia,he was born in 1910.I'm serious.He was a cool fighter in ShouLin Kung Fu,TaiChi,WuShu.

I work in a nursing home, even if they are not related to me, I know them. We have one lady who is 106. She is unable to care for herself but she has her wit about her. We have other residents who are 92, 93, 94. 97... most are tired and done with life at the home. I love to say good morning or good afternoon and chat a little with them while I work, it puts a smile on their face and on mine.

no but my uncle was born 1922 and is as fit as a flea he comes over every morning at 10 for a cup of tea and any jobs that need doing he will do for me

My great grandmother will be 95 in March....shes not really really healthy, but shes a feisty one lol
