Hi can someone tell me if i can make it court order to have my ex jail reacords and that unsealed and used in my court defence she beat a 15 month old and served jail time now the judge gives her unsupervised visits and overnights i need to stop it so she gets one supervised visit for a week please someone give me addvice thank you.

Have your atty petition the court to unseal and admit.

All you need to do is petition the judge for release of records, when you go to court the judge will order them release after the name of the child has been redacted.

This is a REAL issue, I'd take the info tothe Posacutor, family services, and if they won't intervien, get your attorney to request they be brought forth!! Stay on this, as it is really important!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
