When will ppl see the law is corruptible?
When justice fails for any, it fails for all.
Justice has failed for many, by faulty law.

Nothing is perfect. There's no point in criticizing unless you can come up with a better plan.

While we can't be perfect. our system sucks. Its based on out-dated laws from a puritanical primitive past which still afflicts the laws today. If you are rich its the best system on earth, otherwise you are screwed.Laws against drugs that the founding Forefathers used all the time. Laws against sex - Thomas Jefferson engaged in sex with a 12-13 y.o slave and had a child with her. He is on Mt Rushmore. laws against publishing when we are supposed to be a FREE COUNTRY. If you can rationalize a ban one thing you can ban anything. Laws that INSURE the people in power stay in power. The average person cannot become president today like Lincoln did (not that he was just average but he was (POOR). Today you have to be a Bloomberg or Perot to run for president. laws to keep people suppressed - cannot .vote if you have a felony let alone run for any office. So you cannot change an unjust law. The only laws that should exist are laws to protect against violence and preserve the environment.and property. If you're rights end where mine begins were the law we would be just fine. If you do not agree TOUGH. Anyone know of a really FREE country?

Not many people believe that justice is infallible.
However.
How would you make an improvement?
There are many, many checks and balances already in place. What more would you expect?

I agree. I just don't know how our species can create a perfect system, no being perfect ourselves.

Your question should be in philosophy,we already know the golden rule,He who has the gold makes the rules. I'm sure we all would like to change it but we cannot,thats life.If you feel you can you've got my vote.Fight the Good Fight.
