Most of all, I enjoy celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas is a time for the coming together of family, friends and pleasant new folk that I usually meet. It is a time to go to several parties, do family reunions, visit churches that I have been invited to, and generally spread "good will." I love the exchange of presents. I continuously acknowledge, with others, the "religious aspect of the season." Throughout the year, I try and keep that Christian spirit "glowing." That, I believe, would be the best gift to give mankind. I wish you much joy.

Read this before thinking I'm being sarcastic. I'm looking forward to Christmas being over. My Son and his Lady live out of state and have both his Father and her parents where they are. So I don't get to celebrate Christmas with them until the night before New Years. I'm alone here and can't wait for Christmas to be over so I can celebrate it with them. Plan to leave the tree up, and will not open a package until they are.

spending it with my son because it's the first Christmas he's had at home in 5 years...he's just come home from the forces, i am also looking forward to seeing my grandkids...but i will miss my other sons, one is in Uni and is spending this Christmas at his grand dads in Denmark...and my other son is in the navy and can't get home this year...so were going to send him some video's of us to cheer him up....one day i'll have them all together again...

A quiet day off with my sweetie. All the neighbours leave to visit family and the building is quiet until nightfall.
