If asked: "What is your greatest flaw?" at a job interview, what would you say?

I would tell them a flaw that I had....but I would also balance it with how I overcome that problem, so as to turn a negative into a positive, as no two jobs are the same but you can relate past experience into a skill that is transferable....as that is what the underlying questing is really about.

Never admit to any faults, just turn your good points round to pretend they are faults. e.g.
I am too obliging
I am a bit of a workaholic
My enthusiasm can probably seem a bit annoying
I become anxious if.. I can't return phonecalls the same day
I can't clear all the urgent things on my desk quickly
And don't feel guilty - employers promise the world and don't deliver - delayed salary reviews are a favourite.

That you tend to be a perfectionist....always make a "flaw" from a positive attribute when asked that question.

I would say nothing...........I would say while it is true that all people have flaws ..for me it is not applicable in my worksite...I have to be careful and do my best and if there is something to improve more, I will exert effort to better my performance...........this is a reverse psychology of telling them that you can be hired because you like challenges and work well..........

I would say,"Hey I don't have time for this ,I got some bodies in my trunk that need buried!"
Well, ya you won't get the job but, it would be funny!
By the way my flaw I believe is that I don't take anything serious?!
