If I tell a guy friend I'm getting married, and he says When did that happen? Instead of saying Wow!?

Does this mean he is unhappy I am getting married? Jealous? Or that he doesn't think I must get married?

if there was something between you guys before then maybe he is jealous but then again he may not be. it depends on what tone of voice and how he said it as well. not everyone will say wow!! congratulations!!.. that's just what i think of from your question
