Almost all blind students are in the vision impaired program. They have an individualized education plan and it spells out how tests will be taken. Many times there is a reader if it is a math question or in Braille for other questions. They use a computer keyboard with Braille symbols for writing. It may just mean very large print for mildly impaired students. Each case is individualized to make taking the test optimal for them.

It is hard to play computer games when you can't see, but there are some games that are called "text adventures" that involve a mystery read to the students and they use clues to guide them. Unfortunately there isn't a whole lot out there for them at the present.

Usually a teacher or assistant reads the test material to the student and the student speaks back the answers. There are also tests in braille but those are typically only used in special schools for the blind.

Most give answers via Braille answer sheets. Some schools also have provision in which a blind student dictates the answers (in a separate room of course!) and the invigilator notes down the answers on the answer sheet. Sorrowfully, they can play games on a computer...

They would most likely be going to a special school and their lessons would be in braille. Or someone would be reading it to them. Research "Hellen Keller" to learn how she overcame this setback and accomplished great things.
