You compare the time you are living in with the time you have lived. For example when you are 10, a year is 1/10 of your life. However, when you 40, one year is only 1/40 of your life. So mentally one year for a ten (10) year old is four (4) times longer than for forty (40) year old. For moving slowly the older you get, besides the physical aspect, you learn to become more deliberate, careful, and more productive in your actions. Cheers and good luck!

Exactly! To make time appear to go fast, slow down the action. Conversely, to make time appear to go slow, speed up the action.
This is the principle behind slow-motion film or video. Speed up the rate at which the film or video is taken, and the action seems to go slower when you replay the film. It seems a bit counter-intuitive, but makes sense if you think about it.

Time is constant, but in the frame of reference of your lazy @$$, time appears to move faster because you are moving slower.
