Q. why did india will 1st rank in icc cricket rakings?
A. (Sigh)...very soon...Cricket is dying in the rest of the world in any case. Once Australia is upstaged, the game will slowly become unpopular in that country. The only countries left to play it would be in the subcontinent.

They are going to have to get their collective acts together before that happens. We'll see how they stand up against Australia. But there's also S.Africa to worry about & S.Lanka just to name two.
