well, i think it is india... i can't think of any other country which has 28 official languages n so many states each of which have their own way of living... the varies culture of india is totally amazing... a foreigner only needs to come to india to see different ppl n their wayz of living...

India has some good cultures, but not any more, we disrespect our elders, that is the main draw back, American culture is more money oriented in values, and India is following suit. The Chinese are quick to do away with their elderlies, but I have heard that the Japanese, give great respect to their forefathers, and they hang their head in shame when they feel they have done something shameful. We, in India, are fast losing the values that existed some 50 years ago. African continent also has some good culture, although they are more happy go lucky kind, they do not believe in the culture of marriage. But all in all I would say the nation with values is Japan.

India so why chase after some other countries lack of it. Though frankly many people of India have lost there culture there. That is why people are looking elsewhere. Vedic culture is the original culrute given by God and came to India.

Any country's culture consists of activities such as arts and philosophy,which are considered to be important for the development of civilization and of peoples minds.These factors are influenced and altered by various conditions like geographical location,natural conditions,economy,peace and wars, literacy and impact of rulers..Since each country in the world had different influences in the past,it is not possible to justify any comparison between their cultures.I suggest that all should refrain from raising such controversy that may hurt others feelings, for no gains.

1. India (but waning) - Family values still there.
2. Japan - Very Respectful
3. Belgium - Very open/Friendly
