No NewYork did it in 1969. The Jets beat the Colts for the Super Bowl. The Mets won the World Series. The Knicks won the NBA Finals

Celtics if they make it to NBA finals will never beat the best of the western conference (Dallas, San Antonio) in a 7 game series so that won't happen.
Patriots might but will probably lose in the playoffs.
Red Sox would have to repeat (they won '07 other two would be '08)... that could be tough as well.
Don't think it will happen. maybe 1 out of the 3 will reign.
In SB era 42 years,, 3 yrs GB won (Milwaukee Brewers and Bucks are closest MLB/NBA teams enough said about those three years)
Pittsburgh 5 yrs (Pirates, (no NBA)) enough said
Dallas 5 yrs (Mavericks (only recently could make it a 2-fer for Dallas this year), Rangers (not likely to make a 3-fer for Dallas)
San Fransisco 5 yrs(No NBA, Giants perenially non contenders)
NE 3 years(Red Sox just recently broke the curse, Celtics recently horrible, first time a chance, but nope not gonna happen)
NY Giants/Jets 3 years(Yankees/Mets possibilities, Knicks yeah right)
That accounts for 24 of the 41 so far just not many cities have good teams at same time.

No, it hasn't been done yet. Mainly due to the fact that the NBA is younger than the other 2 leagues.
And in fact, Boston had a chance for another championship recently, when the Revolution played in the Major League Soccer championship game. They had a lead in the game, but unfortunately they lost. So, it could have been an opportunity for a 4th championship in less than a year.
In fact, if the Bruins head to the Stanley Cup Finals, that could've been a 5th!
Keep in mind, I say these things in an unbiased way, because I'm from northeast Ohio, so I'm a fan of the Cavaliers, Indians, Browns, Blue Jackets, and Crew.

Yes!!!! By the three teams from Leicester (GB)
I can't remember the season but Leicestershire won the County Championship
Leicester Tigers Rugby Club won the English Club Championship. (They are the biggest club in England, so they may have also won the Cup as well)
.....and Leicester City Football Club won the League Cup.
There's a bronze statue in the City Centre to mark the event.
I followed the MLB on the net, so good luck Boston.

Don't count out the B's, they're only 5 or 6 points out of 1st in their division.
Kinda sucks now, I used to be able to get Celtics tickets no problem. Now I couldn't get one if I sold my baby.
Oh well, small price to pay to live in TITLETOWN!

No it hasn't, no one city has won championships in Baseball, Basketball, and football in the same year. This might be the first.
