Hawaii do deserve better, even though they are Mid-Major school.. They are undefeated, also..

I have total respect for Hawaii and Colt Brennan.

In Arizona, I had the opportunity if I wanted to stay up late to watch a few of their games. Sport fans across the rest of the country probably would not watch a college football game that ended after 3 A.M. If they watched Hawaii play they would respect them.

Colt Brennan is an amazing football player. He throws passes on a line between the numbers every time. This has nothing to do with the system he is in, and everything to do with the passer he is.

And quit bagging on Hawaii's schedule. The top half of the WAC is better than the top half of some BCS conferences (especially the Big East and ACC).

I see two sides here. There are those who give Brennan too much credit and there are those who don't give him enough. Hawai'i schedule was rediculously light this year but that still doesn't take away from what he did so I think the nation needs to put it into perspective. Brennan is a good QB and Hawaii is a good team but we'll find out how good against Georgia. Hawaii hasn't seen antything like that all year. Hawaii will probably lose this game and for their sake I hope they don't because that will just spark every nay sayer to just say I told you so. I think 10 is an appropriate rank for them this season.

FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME, IT DOES NOT MATTER THAT HAWAII WENT UNDEFEATED!

Their schedule is worse than Kansas's, and their SOS was somewhere in the 70s or 80s overall.

Hawaii would not even FINISH .500 in the SEC, Big 12 or even the Big 10. They would finish with 3 or 4 victories in those conferences.

As far as LSU and Ohio State? That team would look the 1995 Nebraska Cornhuskers if they had Hawaii's schedule, and that Cornhuskers team is widely accepted as the greatest college football team EVER.

I don't disrespect Hawaii, in fact I enjoy watching their high powered offense whenever I have an opportunity. Its just that their schedule is pretty weak, even though they don't have control over it.Let's see what happens against a quality oppenent like Georgia. This will be a better judgement to where their program really stands. Brennan is a good QB against mid-major defenses and he fits the Hawaii system very well. We will see just how good he is against the Georgia defense.

Are you serious? Hawaii is making what, 12,000,000$ playing in the Sugar bowl? Is that not respect enough? Colt Brennan was what, third in the Heisman Voting? Is that not respect? You want more, eh?

It's the Polynesian thing. Just like the 3 time FCS winner Appalachian St. Even though they beat Michigan the first game of the season (in Michigan), no one gave them a chance. That's what makes the games so exciting. Even though you think it will be one way, it's always that possibility it'll go the other way.

Dewd. We all want to get lei'd, but Hawaii plays a softer schedule than Ohio State, even. Missouri rules!

I think they are the real deal-but the reason they get no lve is that they are not in a "BCS conference" and have a rather soft schedule--but dont be suprised if like BOISE last yr--they pull off an upset
