Xena - I honestly DID NOT know that Garfield did that joke. I got this idea off my friend who was a music teacher in refernce to a photo of a cat and a dog both sitting at a piano.

Start with easier pieces, such as Strauss walzes. Don't be surprised though if your cat prefers to make his (or her) own interpretation. Cat's are very individualistic, and don't like following strict structures.
It may, in fact, just sound like the cat is running up and down the keys!
