Reduce the amount of Government Funding to the Smithsonian Institution?

The Smithsonian Instituion top guys have been removed and replaced, its time to continue cleaning house all the way down. Management continues to make up rules as they go along without following policy, Management approves of harrassment of employees from other employees. Wrongful termination of employees. Management would rather keep a government employee that does no work and terminate a Trust Fund Employee that does the work of three people. It's time for the Smithsonian to shape up or ship out. Government funding should be held back until improvement are made in all divisions.

Why would you reduce the funding of one of the major public collections in the United States? Because it has a few bad managers?
