what are the equipments???

i have a flower horn [blue dragon].. what n all should i keep in my 20 gallon tank to make it healthy..

well, you will definately need a filter and a heater
as well as gravel and decorations
also a gravel siphon for doing weekly partial waterchanges of 25%
