Can a group of people who have been stereotyped and discriminated for so long, have so much animosity against their oppressors that they will eventually become the oppressors; making the original oppressors the discriminated ones?

Edit:
So if this is true, are the now oppressors entitled to the same civil rights respect as they were originally had before?

Watchmy:
Yes, the bullied become the bullies after a while. Sad but true, thumbs up.

Absolutely, I'm sure it happens all the time. Take all these school shootings for example... These kids are "bullied" for so long that they get fed up and wanna take charge and weaponry is the only way they can do it... There is no excuse for that happening, but that seems to be what the "professionals" seem to think. I guess if you're around something for so long, you'll mimic it after a while. Probably the same reason why some children with abusive fathers grow up to be abusive themselves. Not exactly stereotyping, but it probably goes along the same lines.

Yes. Especially if they feel like they must be compensated or that it is time to get "an eye for an eye." It is barbaric to say the least.
