It's a pretty normal thing. After pregnancy isn't going to make them the same size. My right boob is bigger than my left, always has been. I've been pregnant 3 times, and it's still bigger. :( I don't know if a boob job would be necessary though. If you're not getting implants, if it's just a reconstructive surgery, I'd definitely wait until you're done having kids.

oh mahn.... Why cant you women understand that boob size doesnt matters to us!?... Be what you are...and be happy with what god gave you.. And how he made you... Just to catch some random guyz attention .... Increasing boobs size is nt the way... Impress people wid ur personality not wid your boobies.... Anyways if you want to increase them then in such short time its difficult.. Go for a silicon boob surgery... It'll permanently increase them to the size you desire... Or on temporary basis use cupped cousiond bra's... Or wear tight bras and reposition them to elevate ur clevage... Naturally u cant increase them,.. So what i'll suggest is be what u are.. :) good luck..
