I think it is because they are so busy they just scribble it down and go on to the next patient!

No real reason, some of it's written in Latin and some is just really bad penmanship. More and more hospitals are sending doctors to courses now to improve their handwriting as on average 7000 people die each year to misread prescriptions.

Try cleaning the interior of your 360 and cleaning the disc with a wet cloth this may be an odd suggestion, but maybe this involves the RROD (if this happens to other games). After all, the 360 has a high failure rate (30+%) If this does not work, I do not know what does

Haha...even in Italy. They say it's so the patients don't get scared about the diagnosis. If you can't read the big words...your ailment is less traumatic or something to that effect.
