Well, an average could be about 480 times, subtracting 10 for every pregnancy plus one month for the "Do not touch me stage".
That is if a female began at 13 and menopause began at 53.
These are purely estimates. All women are different.
Highest conception is between 15 and 35, or I should say has been for many years. Now, though with medical help, women are conceiving much later.
Of course the health is an entirely different story. Health wise a pregnancy every two or three years allows a body to recover.
While doing our family history, I found many families who had up to 15 pregnancies and or babies in 20 years. Of course due to the times that they occurred in many of the babies never survived.

Do you mean the amount of conceptions or the amount carried full term? That question varies from person to person, genectics, healthcare, and age of mother at first pregnacy. My great grandma had 27 kids. 3 sets of twins a set of quads 2 died.. and a set of triples that where still born. all born at home in the 1880's. the more babies you have the shorter your life expectancy.

It varies on the individual and how young they were when they started having children.
If a woman is quite young and healthy, and starts having children, she can have very many by the age of 40.
I personally know a woman with 12 children.

My grandmother had 11 kids, my mom was pregnant 9 times, my husband's grandmother is one of 12. So I think it depends on the woman.

I don't think that has ever been evaluated, but I believe the record so far is one woman in south america that had 32 children, the last one born when she was 68.

I am sure there is not an exact number. Becoming pregnant and being able to carry the baby full term are two separate issues.
