Based on the US initiated criteria for bringing people to justice on war crimes, I would say yes. Think about how many innocent civilians, men women and children killed in Iraq and Afghanistan to name a few, as Bush continues its wars of attrition against people in those countries who refuse to allow him access to their oil [in the case of Iraq] and use of their country for trade and an open space to be used as a strategic military post for America in the middle-east [in the case of Afghanistan]. Bush does not care about how many people he eliminates to achieve his aims for the US. He sees these women, children and families as 'collateral' of war. Who is fighting who?
The rest of the world sees this continuous and wanton elimination of innocent people as genocide on a massive scale, but dare not speak out, as most of the leaders have been bought into silence.

George W. Bush's spoken English could be a humiliation to the Queen of england. American English is a much less formal English language, yet George W. Bush's incorrect usages in vocabulary and grammar are obvious. although, having reported this, i could such as you to take yet another look at your individual digital mail placed as much as this internet site. you're an occasion of 'the pot calling the kettle black'.

Some say he's committed crimes (not just crimes against humanity), and others say he hasn't. How do any of them know? The proper place for determining innocence or guilt is a court of law, and he should be given his day in court. Personally, I think he's guilty of many crimes.

Stop watching CNN and do some REAL research and gather REAL opinions, and then you can answer that yourself.
You need to look at both sides of the spectrum and not rely on the communist propaganda that we in the United States proudly call our media.

He has destroyed the economy, made the US the only country in the world to endorse the use of torture, taken the country to war for his own egotistical reasons resulting in loss of thousands of American lives, caused the US to gain more and more enemies, offended allies and given up any thought of leadership in order to dictate. Whilst spending billions on war he allows, nay encourages and causes America to have the largest number of poor and destitute people in the civilized world!!!!
Since he has done so much damage to America should he not stand trial in an American court first?!!!!!
