As the saying goes: Prevention is the best medicine.
Get more sleep and to drink more water. If you become more healthy, Your body will naturally lose the under eye circles. It just takes a little time and effort.
Meanwhile, there are plenty of sites on the internet that will give you advice to conceal them. Just google "dark under eye circle" or any variation of it.

Also, I've heard that there are some medical conditions where dark dark under eye circles can be symptoms, but that just might be paranoia. If you have a bunch of weird symptoms that accompany the circles, you can try talking to a doctor about it.

Some of this can be caused by having sinus problems too. Getting more sleep is not always the answer. Many people sleep 10 hours a day and still have the dark circles anyway!

Concealer does help and I have seen people put cucumbers under their eyes but I thought that was for exfoliation . You might try sleeping more at night.

Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care.Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in luke warm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. it might help. Avon has a new product that I am trying. I hope it works..the cold cucumber or compresses usually only work for puffiness the actual discoloring may not be affected

Get plenty of sleep' Make sure you keep yourself cleaned out (#2) to keep toxins cleaned out of the blood. Eat less junk food.

i think u might try the mask of milk and flour it would help getting ur skin in general white.
