If you are not "showing" I would just go about business as usual.. Most employeers even though they say equal opportunity employer is a bunch of you know what... But lying can bite you in the end so be carefull

well it's kinda of a rough situation i would not say anything but since you are already 12 weeks what's gonna happen in 4 weeks when you start to show it's really only a matter of weeks before you're belly starts to grow. it depends on the job what type of job are you looking for if your gonna do office work or light work i don't see the problem in just keeping it a secret for a while. But if you are going for a more fast paced job then i think you should mention it? either good luck and i hope you have a healthy baby

Although they aren't supposed to based on discrimination laws, employers may rule you out as a candidate if they know you're pregnant. I would suggest that you don't mention it, and they wont ask because they cant. You have no obligation to let them know your age, your religion, your ethnic/cultural background, and your family situation, including pregnancy.
Good luck, I sincerely hope you find a job that will accommodate you!

if you aren't showing then don't tell them. Wait until you absolutely have to and then make out like you only just found out. It's considered discrimination if they don't hire you because you are pregnant but I wouldn't risk it. Just like they can't ask you your age or race, religion etc...pregnancy is the same. so don't say anything and they won't ask. If they ask if you're considering having a family one day, during the interview, say possibly one day and leave it at that.

do not lie or try to cover this up. People know that birth happens, don't worry.
