Im sorry, but i cant stand the rap theyre putting on the air. It all sounds the same. Rock on the other hand.....

I love rock music,but some rap music isn't bad,its just that the new age rap music is kinda mediocre,rap used to be more of a serious genre of music but now its all kinda like a joke.That is why i put more of my focus on rock music,and now i'm satisfied.

I prefer rock. The lyrics are a bit more thoughful and have meaning. Not saying that rap doesn't, but rap seems to be repetitive.

Don't listen to the radio - the stuff they put on there will rot your brain. Rap is OK if you don't really have a musical ear and like to listen to stuff because your friends do. For the rest of us, there's rock (and other stuff :).
