Evidence, well theoretical maybe.
The North American Indians who are gifted artist, including cave paintings, have made pictures of animals and plants with remarkable detail. But then it would seem strange that they would have works of art that resembles UFO's.
There was this rock a group of rock hounds found one time that when it was cut opened, and X-rayed, seemed to have some sort of what could be described as a sparkplug in it.
It's mostly based upon old painting and art that just happens to resemble something that looks like something you'd see in sci-fi stories.
Evidence is too strong a word for the lacking of itself, but the weirdness of history can say that something strange is happening.

Of course we do. Take a trip to Roswell NM or examine some of the communications between our astronauts as they orbit the earth. Look at the many videos and pictures that have been taken from all over the world. The crop circles, the abductions, the cattle mutilations, the signs are everywhere. You think out of all the evidence that non of it is true? Open your eyes and your minds people. The proof is right in front of you. Trust me on this.

Depends on your standards of 'evidence'. If your standards are more like, say, the New York Times, then no. If more like Weekly World News, sure, they're everywhere.

Depends on your point of view.....look at recent reports where new species are being discovered - are they simply reminant survivors of an old Earth or presence of something more?
