People who use loud voices in quiet places (think, cell phones in the library)
People who stand behind you and STARE you down when they want to get past you instead of just saying 'excuse me please'
Guys that stand outside of buildings and continue their arguments with their girlfriends by swearing obscenities on the street for everyone to hear.

talk behind peoples backs alot,people who are ALWAYS loud, and people who judge people without even talking to them or hanging out with them to see what they are actually like.
