Do you think that is about right?

I personally thought Isabella would have been #1. Everyone seems to name there daughter that. And Ethan? I didnt really think that was all that popular.

I feel as if people name there children names that are popular just to "fit in". And it's sad.

Yeah, I agree, I love the name Isabella, I'm not that fond of Sophia. Out of all the girls names I like Emily, Kaitlyn ,Olivia,
Emma and Ava.
for Boys I actually dont like any.
Personally I wouldn't name my child a popular name, I'd go for something old or unique.

Thats about right. I didn't think that Sophia would be number 1 though. Maybe Isabella.
Also I didn't think Ethan or Aiden was that popular.

that's sounds about right. i work in a Nursery and it will be a month where it is about 7 kids name Sophia or Caden or Isabella there at the same time. We have a lot of Jack's now. I loved the name Isabella but I'm gonna have to cut that off my list.

Hey....Ashley is not on there! Haha, that is a first. I am kinda shocked at Sophie being the first most popular...I would have said Ava or Addison. They seem to be huge around here too. Boys, I pretty much had that list down (knew them). The names are mostly ones I would like, but not ones I will use because they are sooo popular. I hated having millions of Ashley's in my classes at school. We had the distinction of Ashley D., Ashley P, etc...

Is this for Australia or America?
I'm not suprised Aiden, Jayden and Caden are on there. I am so sick of hearing those names! But I am surprised to see Hailey is on the top ten list..and Sophia no1? That surprises me too!

I would never name my children the 'most popular' names, it shows that you as a parent have no regard for them as special.

Anyways, Brooklyn should be in that list for boys.
I saw it somewhere.
