yes, i think its something that everyone deals with. its also called life. I was ready to give up, i didnt care if i lived to see the next day and i was really ungreatful for all the small things in life that i have. But then things change. When i felt like all hope was lost someone came along and made my day. He was one of the best things thats ever happened to me. And i lost him but when i really needed him he was there. He was my best friend my only real best friend. He was there when my dad past away, he helped me through alot of things. So dont give up just yet. Something or someone will come along and help you get your happy back just like mine did. And this time i didnt get so lucky lol, im learning for myself how to be happy without the help of others. Its hard sometimes but i know i can do it. I hope that you find your happy sometime soon. and if you ever need someone to talk to im here. I cant say ill be a good friend cuz im not much of a friend lol, never have been a people person but i can listen.

Everybody does! Because feelings are just that, "Feelings!" Feelings can and do change. The thing is, you have control over your feelings. Feelings are a conscious choice. Right now I can choose to be happy or, I can choose to be sad. I can choose to be optimistic or I can choose to be pessimistic. Positive feelings lift you up. Negative ones, drag you down. Most people grossly underestimate the power they have through the conscious control of their feelings! One gentleman cured himself of cancer just by watching funny movies and allowing humor to keep himself positive. He believed that humor would heal him, and it did.

You can start right now by expecting that life will get better. WARNING: If you do start believing and expecting that life will get better, you better be prepared to lose some friends. The fact is, we tend to surround ourselves with others who share our same outlooks on life. These people will keep you from getting where you want to be!

Step #1 is to determine what your definition of a better life would be. Once you get a clear picture in your mind of what a better life would involve, write it down. Now you have some goals to work toward. Develope a bulletin board of goals. Place pictures on the board that represent your goals. (Hint: I have a facimile of a 1 Million Dollar bill on my board. Every day I look at my board and spend time visualizing what it would feel like to have each of the things on my board!

Did you know that your mind cannot differentiate between what you vividly imagine and what is reality? Visualization of goals as if they are already attained is a key to getting your life in line to receive and attract what it is you desire.

One of the best books I have found on how to do all of this is "Quantum Success" by Sandra Anne Taylor. You can get it on Amazon for about $14.00.

It depends on circumstances, if you pretty well have your needs met and are in love or feeling loved, in retrospect it seems to have been perfect but at the time everything else seems better than what you have. Sometimes I wish I felt it couldn't get better but only because I know it can get a whole lot worse. I hope you feel better.

Yes, there was a time when nobody give an open door to hold on and support you on the problem that you are in. When the only person you can rely turn their back and leave you alone and telling that you can handle it and you feel no place to go to.

Look on the bright side, if life will never get better then it can't be that bad. If it is that bad then life can ONLY get better, and hey, that means the worst part is over.

(If you mean...your life is very cool to the max, right now...then...maybe you're right)...but if you mean things are bad right now and will never get better, then...

You're wrong...

It will get better for you and I and everybody...

"Better" comes in waves...and when you're at your lowest...and when you least expect it...

But it always helps to not "think" the way you expressed in your question...THAT is how depression starts...a bleak outlook on life thought...a natural bleak progession from that beginning negative thought...and then it exponentiates into a spiral of negativity and depression...

So...don't do that...

A better way to phrase that question would be either...

"Man! Life is so fantastic for me right now...it couldn't possibly get any better, could it?"

or...

"I believe that as bad as things are right now...they're only bound to get better...do you relate to that positive thought I just typed out?"
