Theme park merchandise in not available online through the Disney Company. There are a few websites that do sell Disney theme park merchandise online. They are not related to Disney in any way. Stay away from a site called treasurekingdom.com. Poor service/false representation. Here is one that is really reputable and I have purchased several things from them.

You can also call Disneyland DelivEars and the park can ship any items to you, ordering by phone of course. Here is the number: (800)362-4533.
For WDW Merchandising: (407)363-6200
Good luck!

Actually, your kids will be able to ride a lot. Any ride that does not have a height restriction, and there are not that many. They are at a really fun age to take them, because they will both be amazed at everything they see! Another year would also be good. I would think more about your younger one's tolerance. Still take frequent long naps? Not used to long walks without a stroller? Things like that. Sea World will only take you a day. Any beach is a minimum hour's drive, just making sure you know that. You may want to consider staying at the Disney resorts and then leaving and staying at a beach for a couple days. For a rough estimate, it's pretty much impossible to tell you without knowing when and type of hotel. You can play around on Disney's free vacation planner on their website to get quotes.

Disney online site is
www.disneyshopping.com
They've got all sorts of sales going on all the time. However, to get stuff that you saw at the park or downtown Disney, you just need to call the particular store. And they can ship it. I've done it before.
If you don't know the # for the particular store, you might start with the phone # in OC's answer.

The Theme Parks don't really have an "on-line" shop. So if you are looking for theme park specific merchandise you can contact them and depending on the item they may be able to ship it to you. The phone numbers are below.
Disneyland DelivEARS 1-800-362-4533
WDW merchandise is 1-407-363-6200

you can try disney.com, but most of the items that Disney has at their gift shops you cannot buy online, or anywhere else besides the park.

Disney has a "Mail Order" department - but not online, unfortunately. You can call, fax, or e-mail them what you are looking for. If they still have it, they can arrange for payment and ship it to you. Here's a link to a good page about how it works: http://allearsnet.com/tp/mailorder.htm
