We want baby. So my wife has done her ultrasonography. Report says---

Bladder: Urinary bladder is well filled & regular in outline.
Uterus : (5.5 X 10.2m) Uterus is anteverted in position & bulky in size with irregular myometrial echotexure. There are multiple solid masses attached with both anterior wall uterine fundus and posterior wall of uterine body, that represents fibroids. Size of bigger one is about 4.6 X 5.8 cm (fundal).
Endometerium : Mild collection of free fluid is noted within endometrial cavity.
Cervix : Long.
Right ovary: Size of about 2.5 X 1.9 cm.
Left ovary : Size of about 3.2 X 1.8 cm.
Ovaries: Both ovaries are normal size shape, position and contain follicles. Size of bigger follicles is about 9 mm (right) & 12 mm (left).

This above is the report.

So please advise--- is she able to give birth new baby?

Your valuable advice & prescription will be highly appreciated.

Your question is rather vague. Are you saying you went to a Homeopathic doctor and you weren't given a prescription or s/he didn't tell you the name of the remedy? If s/he didn't tell you the name of the remedy that's not uncommon because some patients will try to second-guess the prescription as applying to a named disease/condition. Proper Homeopathic treatment matches the remedy to the total symptoms of the individual patient. It's not a take-this-for-that project like allopathy. I have no idea what you mean by "the way out". Some Homeopaths will analyze your case more fully before determining what remedy is required to start your treatment and that would be a legitimate reason for not giving you a remedy at the time of your initial consultation.

Before you spend your hard-earned money,I suggest you read this article:
http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/homeo.html

*EDIT*-

I have nothing against SOME complementary medicine; like supplements where indicated, chiropractic in some instances (but ONLY for the back- not as any 'disease' treatment), herbs, and anything that can be scientifically demonstrated as actually having some effect beyond placebo experience- which Homeopathy DOES NOT!
It is not only quackwatch that takes a stand against homeopathy- do some "open-minded" research on it. There is no scientific basis for it, it is wishful thinking at best. There has never been one single case of homeopathy proving itself in a properly-designed and controlled research experiment- I'd certainly think twice before laying my money and health on the line....The people who are into it are either dishonest or simply deluded. Just because something has anecdotal evidence does not mean it works- look at the hundreds of health scams in the world.
I'm not saying any of this to be cruel, and I'm DEFINITELY not a proponent of the medical establishment at all- I am saying it because I care about people's health, and hate to see them waste their time, money, and resources on homeopathy when they could be investigating something (like finding a properly educated and medically trained naturopath) that could actually do something beneficial for them. Peace.

She doesn't have kidney stones, she has uterine fibroids (I was able to diagnose that by the part that said "uterine fibroids")
Don't think homeopathy can help that. If the Doctor thinks these will prevent her from getting pregnant she needs surgery. Has she had trouble getting pregnant or had miscarriages? Best luck.
